Pam is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Teacher Alliance. She has a Masters in Education and over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2001 at Yoga Spirit Studio in Essex, MA. Her eclectic teaching style integrates various yoga traditions including Kripalu, Iyengar and Astanga. Her teaching is also inspired by continuing-study and training in Yoga Therapy and Medical Qigong. She has been teaching yoga for adults, teens and kids for the past 10 years.
