Yoga for Pelvic Pain (Online)

This series uses an evidence-based perspective on the value of yoga for those with chronic pelvic pain. We  focus on two of the eight limbs of Patanjali’s eight-fold path: pranayama (breathing) and asana (postures) and how they can be applied for those who have hip, back and pelvic pain. Dr. Bre Marie Meagher has extensive training in yoga and pelvic physical therapy and guides you through this series to learn how to incorporate yoga as therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education to help you build a home practice.
