Wind down after a busy day with accessible, low-impact yoga stretches. Learn to free yourself of tension with special yoga breathing and meditation techniques. Yoga postures combined with therapeutic breathing not only relieves stress and tension from body and mind, but are weight-bearing and helpful in strengthening bones and raising resting metabolic rate for weight loss. Each class ends with a luxurious restorative pose. Suitable for everyone, from the inflexible office worker to the weekend warrior athlete looking to stretch, and for anyone needing to alleviate stress or anxiety.
