While most of us love shoes, our feet are a different story. We hide them and ignore them, ultimately losing awareness of what’s even going on down there. In this workshop we will develop a new love and understanding of each and every toe.br>
Learn how to correct/prevent/minimize bunions, hammer toes, flat feet, and more; strengthen and stretch your toes, arches and ankles; relieve tension and pain through self massage; become calmer and more grounded as you connect with the earth; and improve balance and tap into the reservoir of energy trapped in your soles
