Yoga for Fitness

Combine movement with breath to build strength and awareness with Kripalu Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Includes a variety of poses (standing, seated, on the floor), breathing exercises, and sun salutations with more demanding postures woven in between. It ends with a short relaxation or guided meditation.

Fae Ghodrat

Fae has a Bachelor of Science in Compute Engineering from Northeastern University and have been working in the industry for 25 years.  Fae became interested in yoga to manage the stress of a high-pressure corporate career, and loved it so much she decided to share it with others.  She received her first 200-hour Hatha Yoga teaching certification from Yoga Alliance in 2010 and have been teaching consistently since.  Her students have been with her for years and have advanced to Intermediate Yoga Flow.  Fae recently received her 200-hour Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga teaching certification.  Kripalu style emphasizes that a challenging flow can be safe and effective, and Fae looks forward to sharing that knowledge with her students.
