Yoga for a Healthy Spine

Do you have chronic back pain or occasional discomfort? Yoga has been used for many years as a therapeutic tool to not only reduce symptoms but address alignment and holding patterns. The first half of the session focuses on lower back and hips; the second half on upper back, shoulders and neck. You will also receive tools to practice at home. Ideal for new and experienced students.
