Yin Yoga is a simple, yet powerfully therapeutic practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues. Done mostly while seated or lying down, poses are held for 2–5 minutes to help hydrate, detox, and protect ligaments, joints and bones. Especially effective in increasing mobility in the hips and spine. No prior yoga experience required. Bring yoga mat and blanket.
