Lisa Mair

Lisa has been studying nutrition, yoga, and natural health for decades. When coaching clients and cleansers, she integrates her solid foundation in the nutrition sciences with beneficial natural health approaches. Although she considers herself a hack in the kitchen, she thoroughly enjoys testing new recipes from the vegan and raw food worlds. She is driven by a desire to help people feel their absolute best through do-able nutrition and lifestyle tweaks. Lisa is the co-creator of the Ultimate Rejuvenation Cleanse, and has been leading seasonal cleanses three times a year since 2010. Lisa has an MS in Food Science and Nutrition, is a certified holistic health coach, and a certified Kripalu yoga teacher.

Charlotte Ott

As Head Chef on Appledore Island, Charlotte uses only fresh, whole food ingredients to create healthy, delicious meals for the island staff and guests. She draws upon her knowledge of nutrition and health coaching to inspire and teach us to prepare deeply nourishing meals with plenty of herbs, spices, and wholesome foods. When she is on the main land, Charlotte teaches yoga and presents workshops on nutrition, Ayurveda, cooking, and yoga. Charlotte is the co-creator of the Ultimate Rejuvenation Cleanse, and has been leading seasonal cleanses three times a year since 2010.
