reviews the theory of the practice, the foundation of the poses, and leads you through an active yoga flow. All
levels welcome, however this workshop is designed with beginners in mind and for those who have never tried or are new to the practice of vinyasa yoga. Class includes Sun Salutations, standing and floor postures to build
endurance, strength and flexibility. Students should be in good health and free of injuries.
