Vinyasa yoga is a full-body workout that encompasses breath and mindfulness with a dynamic flow of yoga
postures. Classes are designed to increase your stamina, improve cardio-respiratory health and sports performance and help increase and maintain bone density. Karyn draws on the flowing movements and healing principles of yoga to help you create greater health, balance, strength, flexibility and inner peace. Classes are open to all-levels including beginners. Participants should be in good health and interested in an active yoga practice to build endurance, strength and flexibility.
