In this workshop we'll explore some of the great research that's out there today about why habits are so powerful and how you can leverage them to be healthier and happier in life. We'll have conversation and exercises for you to explore around the limitations of our own willpower, the difference between habits vs. goals, strategies for creating sustainable habits in your own life and concrete ideas for how you can start using the power of habits to live your life well.
