The Gathering - A Transformational Group

This program is for graduates of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program or those who have done personal awareness work. Practicing many different tools and models (meditation, movement, sound and sharing and wisdom teachings), discover how to transform self-limiting belief systems and habit energies to live a more authentic, spontaneous life – fueled by your inner wisdom and creativity, leaving behind roles that have been defined by social conditioning and childhood experiences.

Classes held on October 16, 30, November 6, 20, December 4 and 18. Wear comfortable clothes and bring yoga mat.

Patricia Howard

Patricia is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Certificate Program where she also completed advanced studies in Education, Individual Group Supervision and Brennan Integrative Therapy training. She has completed the Practicum in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Patricia has a passion for providing people with the tools and support they need to transform fear and self-limiting beliefs into life force and creative expression.
