Swimming Fitness & Injury Prevention

This small, land-based group class is designed and run by physical therapists to improve strength, power, endurance and flexibility, to keep young swimmers healthy year round as well as improve performance. The program includes assessments on the first and last session to allow the program to be customized to your specific needs.

The program consists of eight, one-hour sessions, and will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time between clients and instructor.
