Small Group Personal Training for 60+
This small group personal training helps you reach your fitness goals faster than working out on your own. A combination of exercise modalities including Pilates, yoga, barre stretch, strength training, dance conditioning and somatic movement are practiced in a fun supportive environment. Exercises in this 10-week class are customized to the needs of the group. Includes 15-minute postural and physical analysis. Space is limited. Bring yoga mat.
