Relax & Refresh Workshop: Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage

This workshop is designed to help you release long held stress and tension and restore your body, mind and spirit to a peaceful and healthy state. Prolonged resting in a few simple yoga poses allows the body to open and the nervous system to relax. During some of these postures, receive the gentle pressure of Thai yoga massage to open the energy lines of the body and nourish your entire being. Space is limited. Bring yoga mat.
