This workshop, part lecture and part demonstration, helps to improve your posture, alignment and overall well-being using techniques, simple props and exercises based in Pilates, biomechanical principles and functional fitness. Within a few weeks, you will be standing taller, stronger and with more confidence. Good posture also reduces falls and back pain. This workshop shows how you sit, stand, and move relates to the aches, pains, and injuries you experience.
