Postpartum Core Restore (Online)

Mom, this series is for you! Whether you are freshly postpartum or it's been years, this series will help you to reconnect with your new body. It uses an evidence-based perspective on the value of yoga for those have gone through pregnancy, childbirth, abdominal surgeries or for those who want to reconnect with their core. We focus on two of the eight limbs of Patanjali’s eight-fold path: pranayama (breathing) and asana (postures) with focus on the core complex including: diaphragm, pelvic floor, abdominals and low back. Dr. Bre Marie Meagher has extensive training in yoga, orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic physical therapy and guides you through this series to learn how to incorporate yoga as therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education to help you build a home practice and regain control over your body.
