Pilates Core Awareness (Note new time)

This small-group class is based on Stott Pilates®, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Through breath work and a sequence of exercises, both with and without props, this customized fitness class strengthens the core, improves alignment and posture, enhances the natural curves of the spine and provides overall mind-body awareness. Space is limited.
