Pilates Core Awareness - All Levels (Studio)

Pilates is a great full-body workout! Learn how to engage your core while performing exercises that strengthen
the whole body. We work the major and smaller muscles of the body to help you achieve a balanced body. We move at a slower pace to gain the body awareness you need to perform all the exercises safely by using the proper form. All levels are welcome.

For the past eight years, Lori has helped numerous clients change their bodies and lives in a positive way by teaching the importance of exercise and a healthy diet.
