Pilates Core Awareness

A small group personal training setting, limited in size to allow for more one-on-one individual attention. Exercises in this class are based on the principles of Pilates but add strength training. Space is limited. Bring a yoga mat.

For the past eight years, Lori has helped numerous clients change their bodies and lives in a positive way by teaching the importance of exercise and a healthy diet. Certifications/ Qualifications: AFAA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor; SCW Pilates; Barre TRX; and Rip Trainer MADD Dog Spinning.
