Pilates & Barre (Online)

Join us for a fun and challenging Pilates and Barre workout. Exercises are taught on a mat and standing to engage and strengthen your core, improve balance, flexibility and posture. We end each class with gentle stretching exercises.

Modifications are provided for all levels of experience and any physical concerns. You will feel rejuvenated and stronger after this class.

Ellen Gaies

Ellen Gaies is a certified Pilates, Barre, Basic/Gold Zumba, Aqua Zumba and AFAA aerobics instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience. She is also a Yoga instructor and ballet dancer. Ellen taught special needs students in Cambridge for 35 years. She will provide specific modifications and accommodations in all of her exercise classes for concerns with back, hips, knees, shoulders, posture or balance. Ellen loves to share her joy for movement, health, nutrition and staying fit on a daily basis. She enjoys her free time playing with her toddler twin grandchildren, walking her puppy, photography and cooking/ baking healthy meals.
