Jessica Hebert

Jessie Hebert is a pelvic floor and pediatric occupational therapist. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, she used to suffer silently from stress incontinence. Years later, she became interested in pelvic health with the birth of her children. Jessica was drawn to women’s health OT — specifically perinatal and postpartum — precisely because it can be such a pivotal time of change in a person’s occupation and routine, as well as physical, mental and social well-being.
