Letting Go of Fear by Nurturing Your Nervous System (ONLINE)

Right now, notice your breathing.  Allow your belly to respond to your breath.  Let go of the story of your world and just listen.  Ahhhh...  You are living your life just right.

Come to this three-session workshop if you’d like to rewire your nervous system to shift from a base state of fear to a foundation of ease and flow.  Together we’ll explore techniques from yoga, Ayurveda and neuroplasticity to befriend and calm three key components of our nervous system:  The limbic system (which works with emotions and reinforcing habits), the vagus nerve (the primary nerve of the parasympathetic nervous system) and the enteric nervous system (the ‘little brain’ in the gut that’s not so little).
