Karyn Force

Karyn Force, RN, CKYT and Reiki Master teacher is the founder of Wellness With Care. Karyn combines her extensive background in health counseling, psychology, nursing and western science with complementary and alternative practices to help others reach their optimal level of well-being. Karyn is a registered nurse and has worked in neuroscience, triage and preventive medicine. She is a professional-level certified yoga instructor in both Kripalu and Ashtanga (500 hours), and has an extensive background in Pilates and Iyengar yoga. As an international wellness presenter with over 20 years of experience, Karyn has designed, promoted and led retreats, teacher trainings, full-service corporate programs and wellness events throughout the U.S., Costa Rica and Mexico. With a deep commitment and passion for healthy living, she inspires and guides others on their journey to wellness.
