Karyn Force

Karyn Force, RN Health Coach, CKYT, BA Psychology and Reiki Master Teacher has been teaching yoga for 25 years. Karyn is a registered nurse with a focus in neuroscience, triage and preventive health. She has led yoga teacher training programs, developed full-service corporate wellness programs, taught Reiki certification classes and led yoga retreats throughout the U.S., Costa Rica and Mexico.  Karyn is a professional-level certified yoga instructor in both Kripalu and Ashtanga (500 hours) as well a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. With a deep commitment and passion for healthy living, she inspires and guides others on their journey to wellness.
