Infant Massage and Motor Development: Level II

Massage improves engagement, bonding, attachment, weight gain, sleep, and decreases colic pain. This class covers techniques you can do easily with your infant at home. Both sessions will also cover infant motor development; how to avoid flat head syndrome, why tummy time is important, and how to get your child to enjoy tummy time.

This class is appropriate for babies 4 weeks and older; the full term infant, as well as children born prematurely, or babies with a history of medical complications. Bring a pillow and blanket for your baby. Hand-outs and oil will be provided.

Sign up for one or both classes, these can be repeated as a refresher. Up to two caregivers per child may attend. Each additional sibling is half price.
