Gentle & Restorative Yoga

An evening practice is wonderful for calming the mind and preparing your body for deep rest. Give yourself the gift and the downtime needed to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and find a sense of peace. Warm up muscles, build strength and gain flexibility with gentle yoga and breathwork. End the practice by simply slowing down and tuning into your body and breath with restorative yoga. This yoga practice can provide a really beautiful end to a busy day.

Suitable for all, including those new to yoga, and those interested in a meditative practice.
