From Anxiety to Ease (Online)

Creating a sense of calm in our nervous systems takes awareness these days;  we have to choose it and practice it. And from this place of steady, calm centeredness comes our power.

In this workshop discover how to rewire your nervous system from a base state of anxiety to a foundation of ease and flow. We’ll explore techniques from yoga, Ayurveda, and neuroplasticity to build 3 key supports for our nervous systems: Connecting to earth energ; Releasing the psoas muscle (the primary muscle triggered in the fight or flight response); and Nurturing the enteric nervous system (the ‘little brain’ in the gut that’s not so little). It may sound complicated, but it's something you can do at home!
