Essentrics Restore, Release & Rebalance is a full-body, rebalancing exercise program designed to help you slowly build strength, flexibility and mobility, and reawaken the power of your 650 muscles. This class is designed for those who are new to or returning to exercise, have slightly-limited mobility, or have atrophy-related stiffness, frozen shoulder or other chronic aches and pains. Also ideal for athletes looking to stretch, and for people of all ages and abilities looking for a gentle, slow-tempo class to release muscle tension and increase relaxation. A diverse music playlist accompanies each routine creating a fun, positive environment. You will leave feeling restored, relaxed and rebalanced. Involves some floor work.

Severina Gates

Severina has trained extensively under creator Miranda Esmonde-White, and is the first fully-Certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor in Massachusetts. With 14 years of experience in ballet, she has worked with a variety of clients, including seniors, new moms and working professionals of all ages. She also works as a Mentor Trainer for the Essentrics Teacher Training department, helping instructors all around North America through the certification process and leading mini Teacher Training workshops.

Farhana Stevenson

Farhana is a level 1 Essentrics certified instructor. She just completed her level 2 training in Toronto and will be going for her level 3 training in May 2020. Besides teaching Essentrics she works part time for a scientific instrument business started with her husband 16 years ago. She is a scientist by training and loves to run, cycle, swim and work out.

Cindy Lewis

Cindy Lewis is a retired lawyer who works at the Federation for Children with Special Needs.  She believes that Essentrics is an effective full-body workout for people of all ages, but is especially grateful for its "age reversing" effects that lead to stronger, leaner muscles and improved mobility and joint function.
