Couples Massage: Learn how to give a great massage!

Photo of the event-detail

Learn how to give a great massage (with pandemic safety measures in place)!  Massage feels good. It helps us relax, decompress, manage pain. It can help build a stronger bond, too, as massage increases levels of oxytocin, the feel-good, love hormone.

  • Come for a fun night in a relaxed, G-rated, physically distanced, small group, big room environment.
  • Practice easy-on-your-hands professional techniques with your partner.
  • Receive individual attention to help you feel more confident. Instructor offers hands-on support throughout the workshop. However, if you are more comfortable, verbal guidance only is an option.
We will practice massage while seated in a chair, and on the floor.

Once registered, you will receive an email the week before the workshop with information about what to bring, and protocols for safety that must be followed in order to take care of ourselves and each other.

Please note: You must come to this class as a pair. For ages 18 and older.
