Chair Yoga

Many of us find it difficult to get on and off the floor but that doesn’t have to keep you from doing yoga. In fact, almost all yoga poses can be done seated or standing while using a chair. And they can be just as challenging as those on the mat and equally beneficial to body, mind and spirit.
