Aston Kinetics: Restoring Function of Upper Extremity & Trunk

Our bodies often experience postural change as a result of repetitive strain, injury, stress, surgery, illness or other physical conditions. These postural changes may be contributing to discomfort or pain and preventing you from being active in ways that you want to. Aston Kinetics offers a unique approach for reclaiming natural postural alignment and introduces you to a new way of moving for increased mobility and improved function in everyday and specialized activities. In this 2-hour workshop, learn effective ways to release held patterns of
tension in your upper extremity and trunk, learn movements designed to improve posture and bring increased comfort with less effort to your day-to-day activity, along with exercises to create healthy balanced tone throughout your body.
