Aston®Kinetics Fitness: Relieving Aching Neck, Back, Shoulders & Arms Workshop (Studio)

Our bodies often experience postural change as a result of repetitive strain, injury, surgery, illness, life stress and other conditions. These postural changes may be contributing to discomfort or pain and preventing you from being active in ways that you want to. Aston Kinetics offers a unique approach for reclaiming your natural alignment and introduces you to a new way of moving and using your body for increased comfort and mobility in everyday and specialized activities. In this 2-hour workshop you will discover effective ways to release tension held in your neck, shoulders, arms and back, along with movement forms designed to improve posture and exercises that create healthy balanced tone throughout your body. Learn how to bring these changes to daily activities such as your fitness workout, lifting, reaching, and working on a computer.
