Our bodies often experience postural change as a result of repetitive strain, injury, surgery, illness, life stress, or other conditions. These postural changes may be contributing to discomfort or pain and preventing you from being active in ways that you want to. Aston Kinetics offers a unique approach for reclaiming your natural postural alignment and introduces you to a new way of moving and using your body for increased comfort and mobility in everyday and specialized activities.   In this 2-hour workshop you will learn effective ways to release tension held at your hips, knees, feet and back, as well as movements designed to improve posture, exercises to create healthy balanced tone throughout your body, and how to bring these changes into walking and standing activities of interest.  ***THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A DISCOUNT***
