Aston® Kinetics: Reclaim Your Natural Posture and Movement: Relieve Aching Neck, Back, Shoulders and Arms Workshop (Online)

Our bodies often experience postural change as a result of repetitive strain, injury, surgery, illness, or life stress. These postural changes may be contributing to discomfort or pain and preventing you from being active in ways that you want to. Aston® Fitness offers a unique approach for reclaiming your natural alignment and introduces you to a new way of moving for increased comfort in everyday activities. Discover effective ways to release tension held in your neck, shoulders, arms and back, movement designed to improve posture, and exercises that create balanced tone throughout your whole body. Learn to bring these changes to daily activities such as your fitness workout, lifting, reaching, and working on a computer.  Please bring a bath towel and bed pillow for use during class.

She has had a private practice in bodywork and movement education in the Boston area for over 30 years. Shirley offers individual sessions, classes and workshops at the Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body.
