Aston® Kinetics Fitness for Living (Online)

Aston Kinetics is for anyone who wants to feel better in their body. A unique fitness form, Aston Kinetics exercises are designed to release held tension, improve postural alignment, and promote even muscle tone throughout your body for improved balance, decreased strain, and reduced risk of injury. Classes begin using your own body weight while standing, then progress to stretch bands, weights and floor exercises for strength, stretch and tone. In addition to getting more benefit from your workout, you learn how to apply this new way of moving to walking and everyday activities for increased overall fitness and sustained comfort. Participants find they move through their day with more awareness, energy and ease.

She has had a private practice in bodywork and movement education in the Boston area for over 30 years. Shirley offers individual sessions, classes and workshops at the Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body.
