Finding the answer to successful weight loss starts with understanding the old advice to “move more and eat less” is incomplete.  In this four-week intensive weight-loss series discover how to unlock the mystery to transform your body and fix your metabolism.  You will learn effective life-style strategies and discover how each food group, including processed vs whole food, effects your metabolism.  In addition, you will learn what type of exercise best supports weight loss and you will discover the truth about how sleep, stress and intermittent fasting impact your metabolism and weight.
