Low back pain becomes more common as you get older, worse with prolonged sitting and can not only increase pain, but reduce quality of life. However, you don’t have to live with the pain, as so many of us are prone to do.

Instead of diminishing movement, this class amplifies range of motion while integrating modifications for common age-related mobility issues such as shoulder, knee and hip restrictions and arthritis.This is a gentler version of the Strength, Balance and Flexibility for Seniors class.
