Instead of diminishing movement, this class amplifies range of motion while integrating modifications for common age-related mobility issues such as shoulder, knee and hip restrictions and arthritis.This is a gentler version of the Strength, Balance and Flexibility for Seniors class.

For all the things we do each day, this class provides evidence-based exercises that support and replicate daily movements for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia, as well as discussions on nutrition, posture and safe movement.
