Our childbirth classes will provide you with a better understanding and confidence to make informed decisions about your upcoming childbirth experience. We offer two options for childbirth classes: a single session or a class divided into 2 parts. Content is the same for both formats and taught by certified childbirth instructors.
This class meets for 7.5 hours on a Saturday, with a break for lunch.

This class meets twice in 3-hour sessions for two consecutive weeks.
Breastfeeding is a natural and beneficial way to feed your baby, but it is also a learned experience. This class covers the benefits of breastfeeding and how to get off to a good start nursing your new baby. Special consideration is given to techniques, common early concerns, and how to successfully incorporate breastfeeding into your lifestyle.
Transitioning to parenthood can be exciting and challenging. This interactive class will help prepare you to care for your newborn, feel confident in meeting your baby's needs and ease your transition.
Move beyond kegels and integrate a whole body approach to pelvic floor exercise. In this class we work on the mobility needed to engage the pelvic floor, proper engagement and strengthening exercises.
Exercising through pregnancy has numerous benefits to the growing baby and pregnant person. Join us for pregnancysafe strength training and mobility to help reduce pain and prepare for birth and postpartum.
