GirlPower!© Be Who You Are - An Empowerment Workshop for Girls 8-11 Held at the Fruitlands Museum

Have fun while building self-confidence and making new friends! Create and express yourself in a supportive and nurturing setting. GirlPower! empowers tweens with the life skills, activities and passions to foster self-confidence, self-acceptance, independence and connection to others. Mind-body movement, circle discussions, journaling and art are at the cornerstone of each workshop. In its eighth year, this summer’s workshops are being held at the pristine Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, and will include thematic activities that honor nature and simplicity. Instructor Susanne Liebich is an experienced facilitator and movement instructor who has conducted GirlPower!© programs for seven years. She is a Certified Nia© Black Belt, a Certified Stott Pilates© and Total Barre© Instructor and has worked with girls of all ages and abilities to help them achieve self confidence, health and wellness.
