Our bodies often experience postural change as a result of repetitive strain, injury, stress, surgery, illness or other physical conditions. These postural changes may be contributing to discomfort or pain and preventing you from being active in ways that you want to. Aston Kinetics offers a unique approach for reclaiming natural postural alignment and introduces you to a new way of moving for increased mobility and improved function in everyday and specialized activities.
This class covers the benefits of breastfeeding and how to get off to a good start nursing your new baby. Special consideration is given to techniques, common early concerns, and how to successfully incorporate breastfeeding into your lifestyle.
Learn how to give a great massage (with pandemic safety measures in place)! Massage feels good. It helps us relax, decompress, manage pain. It can help build a stronger bond, too, as massage increases levels of oxytocin, the feel-good, love hormone. No wonder this workshop is so popular!
Please note: You must come to this class as a pair. For ages 18 and older.
