This class covers the benefits of breastfeeding and how to get off to a good start nursing your new baby. Special consideration is given to techniques, common early concerns, and how to successfully incorporate breastfeeding into your lifestyle.

Healthy bones are the result of weight bearing exercise, including standing, balancing, weight shifting and bouncing. Add resistance bands and weighted balls to increase muscle tone, and you have the workings of a whole body strength class.
