Breathing, Movement & Meditation for Inner Peace

What can we do to free ourselves from the self-imposed stress and worry that clouds our natural sense of happiness and well-being? This three-session mini-course draws on the traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, Chinese medicine, Taoism and Zen for a set of techniques that can take us very far in the direction of inner peace.

Michael Leacher, MA

Michael Leacher, MA, has practiced Tai Chi and Qigong for over thirty years, with an interest in both the health and spiritual aspects of these practices. He received his Qigong Associate Instructor certification from Dr. Ming Wu. He is also an advanced Tai Chi student of Dr. Wu, and has studied Tui Na Therapy with Dr. Wu. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Nutritional Counseling and Related Healing Arts from Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan. He is also a Certified Instructor of Integral Yoga Hatha, and has studied Yoga, Buddhism, and Taoism, as well as studying and practicing various methods of meditation, throughout his adult life.
