Pilates Core Awareness

A small group personal training setting, limited in size to allow for more one-on-one individual attention. Exercises in this class are based on the principles of Pilates but add strength training. Space is limited. Bring a yoga mat.

$120 for a six-week session

Lori's mission is to help her clients achieve their goals through effective, fun workouts. For the past eight years, Lori has helped numerous clients change their bodies and lives in a positive way by teaching the importance of exercise and a healthy diet. Certifications/ Qualifications: AFAA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor; SCW Pilates; Barre TRX; and Rip Trainer MADD Dog Spinning
