Prenatal Childbirth Class — Two Day

Classes fill quickly. We recommend registering around week 24 of your pregnancy so you are about 32 weeks pregnant when you attend class. (Earlier if you're giving birth to twins).

This is a LIVE virtual class held online through Zoom.

This childbirth education class is designed to prepare you for your upcoming childbirth experience. Topics include information about relaxation breathing, pain management options, and understanding the process of labor.

This childbirth class is divided into two 3-hour sessions for those who prefer shorter class sessions.

REGISTERING ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES

The registration fee is for a single attendee and includes the cost of materials. You may add a second attendee (a birth partner or support person) at no additional charge, but there is no discount to the fee if only one person attends. The additional attendee MUST be accounted for at the time of registration in order to reserve their spot. To do this, please choose “2” next to “attendees” in the box below when you select the date of your session. You must also fill in the details of this extra person during the registration process. The maximum number of people per registration is two.
