Live Cello Peaceful Yoga Workshop

Photo of the event-detail

In some traditions it is believed that wooden musical instruments hold the emotions of every note that has ever been played on it. Moving to cello is like the exquisite drawing of the bow across the strings. Movement is expanded, improvised, enjoyed. The experience is calming and restorative.

Join John Calabria, Yoga Instructor, and Rob Bethel, Cellist, in an afternoon of mutual improvisation and joyful inspiration.

Yoga how it once was....not just for the fit and flexible. All are welcome to this peaceful and mindful Yoga with breath awareness and just the right mix of Mind, Body and Spirit. You will leave this workshop with unique tools and techniques that can help you dissolve stress, focus on what really matters and walk in our world in a lighter, more joyful way.
